The Centre for Human Resources Research and Development (CHR-R&D) was set up in November 2007, as a spin-off of the Human Resources Department of ESEIG-IPP. It launched two research projects in 2008 and its regulation was approved by ESEIG's Technical-Scientific Council on 13 January 2009.
The CRH-R&D's mission is to promote and develop research processes, to produce and disseminate knowledge in the field of Human Resources, to transfer innovation and knowledge towards a greater diffusion of the potential of this field.
It also seeks to participate in research projects aimed at supporting Human Resources development in organisational, sectoral, regional and community settings with collaborators and/or internal and external partners.
CRH-R&D's vision includes becoming a reference in national and international research facilities.
